PGPD Arrests Suspect Who Attacked Supervisor

The Prince George’s County Police Department arrested a suspect for attacking his supervisor at work.  The suspect is identified as Robert Pandohie, Jr., of the 9500 block of Muirkirk Road in Laurel.

On February 6, 2014, at about 5:15 pm, patrol officers were called to an apartment complex in the 9500 block of Muirkirk Road in Laurel for the report of a cutting.  When they arrived, they found the victim suffering from several stab wounds and cuts.  His injuries are not life threatening.

The preliminary investigation reveals the victim had approached Pandohie to talk about his attendance at work.  The victim supervises Pandohie on the maintenance staff at the apartment complex.  During the discussion, the suspect attacked the victim, stabbing him several times.  The victim was able to wrestle away the knife during the struggle.  Responding patrol officers arrested Pandohie and recovered the knife. Pandohie is charged with first and second degree assault.
