PGPD Investigating Fatal Collision in Clinton

The Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit is investigating a fatal collision in Clinton. The victim is 49-year-old Abdul Jama of Stuart Lane in Clinton.

On October 28th, at about 8:30 pm, patrol officers were called to the 9200 block of Stuart Lane for the report of a collision. The preliminary investigation reveals a car traveling southbound on Stuart Lane struck Jama, who was also in the southbound lanes of traffic in a wheelchair. He was pronounced dead a short time later at the hospital. The driver remained on the scene.
