Wanted Wednesday

Homicide Suspect Sketch


We’re starting Wanted Wednesday this week with the sketch of the suspect we’re actively searching for in the fatal shooting of a young woman. Last October 19th, the suspect shot and killed 18-year-old Allyssa Banks on Prince Place in Upper Marlboro. A second victim was also shot. He survived. The suspect is described as an African American male in his early 20s, with a light complexion, a slim build and brown eyes. Preliminarily, our detectives believe the suspect attempted to rob the victims prior to the shootings. Detectives are asking our community to call us with any info, no detail is too small, so we can provide answers to Allyssa’s loved ones. Breaking & Entering Suspect
The suspect in these photos is wanted for breaking into a home in Upper Marlboro recently. The burglary happened on February 5th at a home on Wyman Way. Once inside, the suspect stole an electronic item. If you recognize him, please call 301-868-8773 or 1-866-411-TIPS.


Robbery at Bakery
Detectives want to identify and arrest these two suspects who committed an armed robbery at a bakery in Temple Hills. This happened on March 21st at about 2:00 pm. No one inside of the bakery was hurt. If you have any information on this case, you’re asked to please call 301-772-4905 or 1-866-411-TIPS. A cash reward is available.


Convenience Store Robbery
These two masked up suspects robbed a convenience store early Sunday morning. The store is in the 8900 block of Rhode Island Avenue. We are offering a cash reward for info that helps us arrest and prosecute the suspects. Robbery Unit detectives can be reached at 301-772-4905 or 1-866-411-TIPS.
